Mr. DuBose is a Senior Risk Assessment Scientist and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with over nine years of experience in occupational and environmental exposure assessment, industrial hygiene, and chemical regulatory compliance across domestic and international frameworks.
He previously served with the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) in both the Mining Research Division and the Health Hazard Evaluation Program, conducting exposure investigations involving solvents, heavy metals, respirable particulates, silica, noise, and heat stress across mining, pharmaceutical manufacturing, construction, transportation, and public-sector environments. This work has contributed to the development and refinement of nationally recognized occupational health guidance.
In the private sector, he has developed and managed industrial hygiene and OEHS programs supporting renewable energy technology manufacturing operations that utilize highly reactive electrolyte chemistries, metal powders, solvent systems, and engineered nanomaterials. He is an active American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) member and Vice Chair of the Stewardship and Sustainability Committee.
