Job Description
Insight Exposure & Risk Sciences is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project managers and their teams consisting of approximately 20 scientific consultants. The Project Administrator will be responsible for managing the logistics of multiple projects, including tracking deadlines and client data, coordination of project materials and information, and scheduling. Successful candidates will be able to effectively multi-task and work seamlessly for multiple project teams in a fast-paced work environment. This is an in-office position located in Boulder, Colorado.
General Responsibilities:

Organize, file, and coordinate the flow of project information and materials, such as client documents and contracts

Schedule and coordinate project-related events, such as meetings and conference calls
-
Document and track project deadlines in project management system
-
Communicate with clients as needed and requested
-
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
-
Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams as needed
Qualifications:
-
High school degree required
-
2+ years of experience in a project administration or similar role
-
Strong organizational and administrative skills
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Compensation: $29/hr - $36/hr [hourly, non-exempt]

Salary Range & Benefits
$65,000-$90,000, annually
